| Now, of course, MMA has evolved and we have rules and sanctioning bodies to ensure the safety of the combatants. Fans are not only interested in pure power or strength of will, but also in the skillful application of various styles of martial arts. Skill and finesse, along with power and tenacity and indomitable spirit are the trademarks of the modern and refined sport of Mixed Martial Arts, allowing athletes to showcase their abilities without causing or receiving irreversible injuries or trauma. This is the sport that is now legal here in Illinois and what we train for and strive to exceed in. | ||
